REGENERATION - WOODHURST

Envar Regeneration is a proposed development at our Woodhurst Composting Site.  Our Regeneration Project will be a first of its kind, optimal organic waste processing facility which will produce a maximum yield of high quality organic products including green gas, peat free compost and biofertiliser pellets, thus contributing to carbon reduction, less dependence on fossil fuels and increased fuel security and energy independence.

We currently compost green waste, food waste and compostable packaging at our Woodhurst site. This website provides details of the proposed development project, which will complement our existing systems, and the reasoning behind it.

ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

This website forms part of the public consultation surrounding the proposed developments at the Woodhurst Composting Site by the operator, Envar Composting Ltd. Envar Composting is an organic waste and biomass recycling operator specialising in the sustainable and cost-effective processing of green waste, food waste and specific organic waste (including biodegradable packaging) through both in-vessel technology and windrow composting to produce PAS100 compost and CQP-certified soil conditioner.
